Ribbon Cutting for
Risen Taekwondo

A ribbon cutting to celebrate the Grand Opening of Risen Taekwondo was held on January 26, 2017.
 
Located inside Hart Fitness Center in the Malta Mall Complex at 43B Round Lake Rd off Exit 11. Master Eugene Refino and Yumi Kageyama, co-owners taught our local dignitaries and Chamber President some moves and how to break boards.
 
Risen teaches the five tenets of taekwondo:  Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Indomitable Spirit and Self-Control.
 
Master Refino is a 5th Degree Black Belt and the 2010 USA Taekwondo National Champion.  Yumi Kageyama is a 3rd Degree Black Belt and was ranked 13th in the nation at the 2015 USA Taekwondo National Championships.
