A joint ribbon cutting with the Ballston Business and Professional Association was held to celebrate the Grand Opening of The Candle Collective. New owner, Catherine Spaneas welcomes everyone to come check out the candle studio at 20 Prospect Street Building #2, Suite 215 in Ballston Spa.
